Counselling sessions are from £45 per 50 minute session.
(Payment is by bank transfer ahead of the session).

It varies for each individual but many people start with 6 sessions and then we can review things and agree on what feels right for you. You are free to end counselling sessions at any time.

Yes I am fully qualified and insured.
I am also a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Yes, I offer counselling for adults and also young people aged 11 - 18.

Yes I offer a free 15 minute informal phone call, so we can get to know each other a little before you decide if you’d like to go ahead with counselling.

Yes, as well as face-to-face, I offer online (videocall) and telephone sessions.
No app is needed for online sessions, you’ll be sent a secure link that you can access via your desktop on your computer or phone.

We'll talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you're hoping to gain from it, and cover any questions you may have.

Walk and Talk Therapy (also known as Outdoor Therapy, Nature-Based Therapy, or Eco-Therapy) combines the benefits of talking therapy with gentle movement and time in nature. Many people find it feels more relaxed and helps them open up more easily.
Routes and pace are tailored to your comfort.

I offer face-to-face counselling in a quiet space in the centre of Kendal, Cumbria and online or telephone sessions across the UK and worldwide. I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy in the Kendal area.
