I offer face-to-face counselling in a quiet space in the centre of Kendal, Cumbria and online or telephone sessions across the UK and worldwide.
I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy (also known as Eco-Therapy, Nature Therapy or Outdoor Therapy) in the Kendal area.
